|Recommended: YesImpeccable Customer Service, Spectacular Location, Cozy Comfortable Living — I have been living at Tallgrass Village for 3 years now and the thing that has stuck out to me the most, day in and day out is the customer service. I can always count on being greeted with a positive attitude and smile every time I walk into the office needing something by the three wonderful employees who work here Evelyn, Bianca and Lauren. Along with the ladies in the office, the maintenance staff is top tier. I recently needed some repairs in my apartment and the maintenance man Jacob was fast to respond. He is extremely knowledgable, handy, and thorough when it comes to taking care of your home. I was impressed with his work ethic and the high standard that he holds himself to when it comes to making sure that your apartment is nothing less than perfect. To conclude, I feel that every home needs a family and the Tallgrass Village Team goes above and beyond to fulfill the family aspect of your apartment home. If you are looking for apartment living that has great location, cozy living, and one of a kind customer service, then Tallgrass Village is the apartment for you.

A feature I enjoy most, in addition to the convenient location, resort-like pool, and the professional office staff, is the quick and courteous maintenance team of which Jacob is one. Since there are not many turnovers, it has allowed me to know a few individuals by name. They are all respectful, and with a smile on their faces, always helpful.
|Recommended: YesA Fantastic First Apartment — Tallgrass was an incredible time for my first apartment. Maintenance was always very understanding, the front office was very nice, and the atmosphere is quiet. If it wasn't for the availability, I would have stayed longer but another tenet beat us to the unit we wanted to stay in.

|Recommended: NoCommunication Of Damage — Just wanted to let you know that a tile on the backsplash was chipped during repair. It’s the outlet on the left of the stove. Not a big deal to us but wanted you to be aware. I have a picture should you want it.
