Compared to similar apartments closer to Dallas or Fort Worth downtown areas Tallgrass is a great value...avoiding downtown traffic but not losing any of the amenities with Alliance Town Square across the street
|Recommended: YesImpeccable Service — I am moving from a rental house to an apartment and the staff at Tallgrass Village made my transition impeccably smooth. I was treated with the upmost respect by Kyndel, Bianca, and Evelyn. As soon as I entered, I instantly felt welcomed as if I was apart of their family. They introduced me to a beautiful apartment and worked with me to make sure everything was absolutely perfect As I toured the complex, the cleanliness of the apartment complex was second to none and they have all the amenities that you could ask for If you are looking for a new apartment, I highly recommend Tallgrass Village.

My apartment is beautiful, and I love my view overlooking the gorgeous pool The entire property is always meticulously clean and well maintained, and I don't ever hear any noise from my neighbors when I'm inside my apartment.
