|Recommended: YesReview — Parking availability can be frustrating but other than that this is an amazing complex Even when you don't get parking in front of your building the walk isn't too far. The leasing office always has answers to my questions and helps me in a timely manner, I never get attitude or feel like I can't ask a question which is important to me. I have never had to call maintenance or complain about something in the apartment. I never hear my neighbors and I am on the second floor of three. We are upgrading to the newest sister apartment Tacara but if they did not have that option we would renew at Tallgrass in a heart beat I even tried to convince my boyfriend to stay at Tallgrass because of how much I love this complex

|Recommended: YesI Love My Apartment So Much, I Am So Thankful — I love Tallgrass Village Apartments I feel safe with my dog, and I love sitting out on my balcony and watching the pool change colors. The grills are really nice, and I enjoy walking my dog around the trees. I am really glad to call this place my home, I love it.

|Recommended: YesReview — - Parking availability is very poor. Arriving home later at night often means there are zero parking spots available in the entire east courtyard.
- Valet trash pickup is a nice service, but presents some major dissatisfiers 1 The pickup often happens in the middle of the night and is very loud, the service person throws things around in the hallway without any regard for the time of the day. 2 The service person often allows pieces of trash to fall out of the bags, they then lay in the common areas for the entire day. Over labor day weekend, they dropped an entire trash bag in the staircase but did not bother to stop and pick it up.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I was referred by my coworker. At first I was worried about the distance from work and friends, etc. But ultimately, I love it here. It's worth the drive and the price. It's in a great school district, which is the main reason I moved here. My last place, parking was a nightmare, but here it's great I never have a problem. Noise is very minimal and even when I had an issue with my neighbor's abnormally loud music, the office took care of it right away. I live right by the pool and can barely hear an noise The grounds are kept up fairly well. The trash pick up is awesome and timely The staff are all friendly, although replies to emails are a bit slow. I'm looking to upgrade form a 1 to 2 bedroom so my son and I can stay here while he's in elementary school at Bette Perot. I would highly recommend this location

|Recommended: YesThe Apartment Is Adequate — The apartment is okay- and there isn't enough to differentiate it from others in the area. The fitness center is probably the best thing, although it is inconvenient that it is not 24 hours, as other properties in the area are. The common areas in the building are not cleaned on a regular basis, which is embarrassing - I think there was a power washing last year in 2017. The cricket problem in and around the building is absolutely horrible - the lack of regular pest treatment maintenance should be addressed. The restocking of pest waste bags is slow, seems like it is not uncommon to have zero bags on the community for a few days a month, then the dog feces pile up around the buildings. The parking situation is pretty bad - after 5pm everyday. The other aspect that is entirely frustrating is that only One Souce Communications services the apartment for cable and internet - it's amazing that the company was able to secure a monopoly on this block due to the overpriced and less than stellar quality of the internet and cable even as AT T lines run around the perimeter of the property
As with other apartments there isn't an expectation that the community would be amazing, but if moving weren't inconvenient we would be moving this month.

|Recommended: YesGreat Community — I loved Tallgrass Village the moment we walked in and were greeted by Sayara. The complex is beautiful, the facilities are great If you are getting back home late, sometimes you need to park somewhere not so close to your apartment, but we knew that could happen and do not bother me at all.
