|Recommended: YesTallgrass Valentine's Day Review — This is a perfect place to live and I do recommend it. Alex, the maintenance guy is amazing. He is prompt, professional and fixes it right the first time. The staff is always so friendly. The only draw back is one of its perks in perspective - its animal friendly. What do I mean by that Well I work from home apartment and I've heard a dog bark non stop all day. It's not all the time, but something to think about when moving into an animal friendly place. Not everybody's dog is quiet.

|Recommended: YesLove It — I moved here from Downtown Fort Worth, the historic district an area that I loved last April to cut my commute to work in half. I loved the look of the apartment when I toured it. I have the gray color scheme. I was so excited about that, I am all beiged out after living at my previous apartment for 5 years and having beige everywhere. I moved in right after they finished construction on the complex. They had a ton of openings at the time, so I kinda had my pick of the complex. The complex is extrremely quiet most of the time. The pool and gym are AMAZING. My view off of my balcony is of Downtown Fort Worth and I think it's awesome. I can see the dog park from my apartment, but it always looks clean and I haven't seen a lot of dog poop anywhere. I have seen some just outside the complex by the sidewalk that goes to the walking trails in the area, but that is all public space, so I can't blame the complex for the dog poop there. The management staff has been excellent in handling any issues I've had. Alex from maintenance is awesome I had an issue on New Year's day where my lock on my front door stopped locking due to the wood swelling and contracting too much because of the weather. After I called the after hours people, Alex was there within an hour to fix it. The apartment complex management and Alex said it was completely unacceptable and a risk for me to have a front door that wouldn't lock which I completely agree with . My stay here has been nothing short of enjoyable. The only issues I would say there are is storage in the actual apartment. I have a one bedroom and am used to an entry closet, which is where I kept my cleaning supplies and such, I don't have that here. I never realized how much I used that closet until I didn't have it. The only storage area's I have are my bedroom closet, a linen closet in the bathroom, and some storage above my washer and dryer, but truthfully, I probably have too much crap anyway, so the less storage is helping me get rid of some stuff I probably don't need lol. I also miss my pantry, but if I had gotten the slightly bigger one bedroom I would have had one, so that is on me and not the apartment complex. My advice would be to take a good long look at your belongings and what you have before deciding on a floor plan.

|Recommended: YesLove My Apartment — Dog poop on ground outside building constantly. My 3 year old daughter stepped in it at the gate the other day. Did not make to a great start of our day.
|Recommended: YesApartments Are Nice, Parking Sucks — The apartments, themselves are nice. But if you have a neighbor above you that doesn't know how to walk normal, you'll hear every step they make.
If you work 9-5 don't plan on being able to use the amenities like the clubhouse, it closes promptly at 6pm
If you work shifts be prepared to walk across the parking lot to get to your apartment or plan on paying for a garage or assigned parking spot.
Maintenance is slow to clean up' leaving used air filters in a trash bag at the bottom of the stair case, or when the valet trash services makes a mess by dripping stuff on the floor....it doesn't get corrected quickly. And light bulbs in the hall don't get replaced quickly either.
|Recommended: YesGreat Community To Be A Part Of — Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable call me by my name when I go into the office. The amenities are beautiful and they are always promoting a fun and friendly community feel encouraging residents to become a part of.

|Recommended: YesSpectacular Amazing Phenomenal Stunning Mind Blowing Extrodinary — I love how small the community is, it is very quiet and everyone is so friendly that lives here. The community events are always super fun, its a great way to meet all my new neighbors I never have an issue with parking. The office staff is amazing, very friendly and efficient. Maintenance is never an issue, but if there is they are always quick to act.

The staff is so helpful and nice. The apartments are very spacious. I think the best part is the electricity bill has been very low due to the facility being very well kept and the new features. I also love that they take care of the water and utilities in the monthly price. Overall me and my fiancé have loved living here and would recommend it to anyone who wants an apartment in the keller ft worth area.
